Since being introduced to AK Gundog Accessories I have chosen not to use any other dummy in my training. I have been hugely impressed with their quality, durability, practicality and versatility as well as their value for money. They have clearly been designed by people that are involved in the training of dogs and understand what’s needed rather than just producing a product that might do the job or that has a gimmick or follows a trend.

I live and work on the beautiful Somerset Levels. My training ground is just outside Bridgwater. My husband I own and work several Labradors, Working Cocker Spaniels a Flat Coated Retriever and a Golden Retriever.  

I have been involved in gundog training and shooting for over 20 years. I have always trained my own dogs but wanted to put my training on a more professional footing, so completed several Sarah Whitehead courses and was a Clever Dog Licensed Method Trainer with Sarah’s Clever Dog Company for two years. I continued to study and became a member of the Professional Association of Canine Trainers and The Gundog Trainers Academy; I am also a member of the Pet Professional Guild as well as an authorised instructor and assessor for The Gundog Club.
